Full Job Description

As a Senior Campaign and Brand Manager, you'll be a key member of our in-house marketing team maximising our lead generation to support all funnels and maintain our brand image and reputation. You should have a proven track record of strategising, planning and executing campaign strategies in-line with our business goals. The projects will be varied - you could be working alongside our inbound digital marketing team to improve new business leads, or alongside our CSMs to enhance upselling activity. You should be confident in marketing communications to be able to deliver effective digital, referral and all other marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with creative and media planning agencies, and forge strong relationships with important stakeholders. As an energetic, ambitious, and innovative team, this role requires someone with the skills, knowledge, and passion to develop insight-driven, audience-focused campaign projects. In addition to this role, you will be responsible
for monitoring and enforcing brand usage guidelines and apply project management practices in overseeing the execution of brand marketing within the marketing department and across the whole business.,

  • Planning and implementing campaign strategies across the business, to develop new business and upselling opportunities.

  • Creating multi-channel campaign plans - mapping channels to audiences to ensure the programme of activity lands effectively with our audiences.

  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns to assess impact and effectiveness of campaign activity, applying learnings to future activity.

  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders where needed.

  • Stay up to date across all aspects of allocated projects: ideas, budgets, timelines, resource and delivery for projects with a specified group of stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns. Think strategically and efficiently prioritise projects.

  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Test and recommend different content themes, formats to generate desired campaign outcomes.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns including delivery in email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators, printers & web designers according to brand guidelines.

  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain all brand guidelines across every part of the business - including projects and tasks outside of your direct responsibility.

  • Champion and protect our brand ensuring all communications are consistent across all customer touchpoints and always reflect our vision and brand values.

  • Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.

  • Other ad-hoc duties that will keep your role exciting and enjoyable.

    Minimum 3 year's experience in campaign manager role with direct reports.

  • Proven experience with e-mail marketing.

  • Self-starter to work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and complete projects.

  • Experience developing and managing digital marketing content and campaigns.

  • Thorough knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, LookerStudio and other marketing tools advantage.

  • Outstanding analytical & reporting skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written English.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rapidly changing digital marketing landscape and the latest online marketing, campaign and content strategies.

  • High levels of organisation and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to self-manage day-to-day tasks and also work as a part of the team, working towards set deadlines.

  • Self-disciplined and have good time management skills with the ability to manage a number of priorities.

  • Building collaborative relationships within the marketing team and with department stakeholders.


  • Nice to have:
  • Previous experience working within technology marketing department with an understanding of B2B advertising and marketing.

  • Experience with marketing automation or digital marketing agencies is a plus.

  • Experience in copy writing.

  • Trained proofreader.

  • Previous experience in either SaaS, tech or the field service management industry.

  • Experience with other paid channels, such as review sites or forums., Campaign Management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Email marketing: 3 years (preferred)
