Senior Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a healthcare setting., Adminster medication in accordance with medication policies and procedures
- Support patients with personal care tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist in the implementation of care plans

- Assist with the management of staff.

- Promote activities and stimulation for residents.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Ability to dcommunicate effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Basic IT proficiency
- Experience in supervising or mentoring others
- Knowledge of care plans and senior care practices
- Previous experience in a care home setting is advantageous
