We're bringing teams together to work as one single Division. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnering and Change, and working with the wider Division, you'll provide professional and commercially focused HR business support.

You'll work with divisional senior management teams to understand short and longer-term business priorities and determine the people activity needed to realise these goals. Supporting the delivery of organisational change projects.

As a Senior HRBP you'll also be responsible for direct reports, so you'll need to confidently lead, engage, motivate and develop new and existing team members.

With proven senior HRBP experience, you're a highly effective communicator with exceptional senior-level influencing and stakeholder management skills. Bringing your technical knowledge of employee legislation and passion for continuous improvement, you readily apply your outstanding strategic thinking and move quickly to action.

To be considered for this role, you must also have:

  • Experience of leading HRBPs within a large complex corporate experience

  • Extensive HR Generalist experience

  • Ability to design and implement complex people transformation and strategic workforce planning.

  • Extensive experience in employee engagement strategies and plans

  • Ability to interpret and present people-related MI to the business that identifies areas of focus, influences activity and measures results.

  • Holding or studying towards a relevant qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
