Full Job Description

Join our team and make a difference in the food industry! As a key member of our organization, your role will be to provide exceptional sensory services, ensuring the highest quality for our beloved Weetabix brands. You will also play a vital part in optimizing our new product development process by offering valuable insights.

Your responsibilities will also include efficiently coordinating scientific services and system support. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining laboratory accreditation and ensuring that our business unit is always ready to operate 365 days a year. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international registration standards.

The Recipe for Success !

  • To manage the Sensory facility including all aspects of Health & Safety, budget, and equipment/method performance

  • To deliver the Sensory testing service to meet service level requirements and KPIs

  • To lead an effective team through clear objectives to achieve performance goals

  • Strong alignment to the Weetabix values

  • 2-3 years of laboratory/food safety/Quality or sensory experience

  • Ability to translate data into information

  • Experience of developing, validating, and trouble shooting analytical methods


  • Nice to have:
  • Technical/professional qualifications or an appropriate science related degree (or equivalent)

    The Recruitment process
