We have a vacancy for a full time Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team at our Frome Branch.
To maximise sales and margin for the Company. Build strong relationships through face-to-face contact or over the telephone. To ensure correct documentation is used and follow due process in a timely manner. To adhere to all Company policy and procedures

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible taking responsibility for the start to end sales process.

  • Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site

  • Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.

  • To ensure all customers are politely and efficiently served to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products.

  • Give a flexible service to customers whether on site or in the customers homes.

  • Drive sales forward using appropriate selling techniques

  • Maximise sales using linked selling and other appropriate skills.

  • All enquiries and quotations must be priced quickly and efficiently using market and system information

    Full driving licence

  • Experience within bathroom sector

  • IT skills essential

  • Have good verbal communication skills with customers and other colleagues

  • Ability to take and give instructions

  • Be organized in prioritizing workload effectively

  • Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team

  • Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times
