This is a fulfilling role for those who are passionate about upholding the rule of law and promoting corporate responsibility., We are seeking a solicitor in our Regulatory Department. You will act for a range of commercial and professional clients, advising on investigations and professional misconduct proceedings; regulatory enforcement and appeals against decisions; and, criminal investigations and prosecutions. The Department deals with a mixture of privately-funded and insurance-funded work.

Previous experience of regulatory law is preferable, but not essential.
