Full Job Description

Sous Chef / Pizza chef : Full-time, permanent position, with above average rates of pay for the right, hardworking individual, which are negotiable (depending on experience). Working as part of a team under the direction of the Head Chef. Must have an excellent work ethic and experience of working in a busy kitchen. Duties include assisting the Head Chef in his duties, preparation of fresh food serving a range of dishes including pizzas, kitchen management, ensuring kitchen is clean and tidy as well as stock rotation/ordering, assisting with staff training etc. Must have excellent communication skills and be flexible with shifts (4/5 days out of 7). Rota system in place. Tip scheme available. Pension scheme available. Reliability is key. Preferred Pizza experience, but can be trained.
