Support Worker

Amore Complex Care are looking for engaging support workers to support a young lady with epilepsy, asthma and a learning disability. We are looking for people with strong personalities, who are fun-loving and enjoy attending social events., Meet the person you'll be supporting:

• Who am I? I'm a fun-loving young lady who likes to go out and about with my staff.


• What are my hobbies and interests? I like to go to concerts, and stay over in hotels. I also attend a local disco and love spending time with my fiancé. I am a keen Manchester city fan and have a season ticket, I like staff to support with this and come to the home and away matches. I also support Liverpool as a second team.


• What challenges do I have? I have epilepsy, Asthma and learning disability. I require support administering my medication. I need support with my safety awareness with cooking, cleaning and crossing roads


• How would I describe myself? I am very chatty, outgoing and love being sociable.


• What type of person do I get on well with? Someone outgoing who likes to go on drives, I have family in the south so I like to visit them with staff support.


• Where do I live and what is my community like? I live in the L25 Area of Liverpool in my own bungalow.
  
  Hourly pay of £11.50 an hour, and paid sleep ins.

• What shift patterns do my team do? My team work long day, sleeps and then leave the next morning after handover.


• My team are trained in? Mandatory, Medication, Buccal Midazolam, and Learning Disabilities.
