Support Worker / Carer

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our established team, working with our young adults within a 5 bed home.

As a Residential Support Worker you will be required to support individuals with daily tasks in a family orientated environment, such as administering medical, moving and handling, personal care, PEG, household chores, cooking, attending activities and supporting our clients to attend our day centre.

As a Residential Support Worker you will be expected to safeguard clients all the time, complete daily paperwork, liaise with professionals and family member, work as a team or on your own.

We are a small care company, and have been established since 2008. We set our business up around being non judgemental and accepting all our clients as individuals. We work with adults with physical and learning disabilities and complex health needs. We provide different levels of care, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day within a residential care setting.

Shifts are 8am-8pm. There is a waking night team, although there may be times the home will require you to do a sleep in. There is a £50 allowance per sleep in.

We are offering 30 - 40 hours, part and full-time contracts.
