Full Job Description
- Supporting children in the classroom with learning, behaviour and routines
- Deliver targeted interventions to support learning and close gaps in knowledge
- Be a part of a supporting team of staff and work flexibly across school, You will work towards the completion of a Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
- Training will be delivered face to face, online and through webinars
- The school will provide in house training
Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) Essential
