Training Officer - Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning

Calderdale College is looking to recruit an exceptional and experienced individual to join the apprenticeship team as a Training Officer working across the Childcare, Supporting Teaching & Learning apprenticeship standards. You will be expected to achieve high standards in performance including achieving challenging and timely achievements across the sector area. As a Training Officer, you will be involved in all aspects of the apprenticeship standard including ensuring the quality of the provision and high standards in training and assessment practice.

The individual appointed will be high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve these challenging expectations. The main purpose of the role is to work with key stakeholders & employers to develop & deliver the apprenticeship standard, to ensure the growth of the apprenticeship provision and to ensure timely achievement of all apprentices.

The role requires an exceptional individual who can demonstrate outstanding success in previous roles. This individual will also be an exemplary role model to their apprentices.
