- You will be punctual, polite, and able to compile quotations professionally
- Undertake jobs to the highest standard and in the timelines agreed
- Able to manage your time in a commercially viable way
- Working with the customer care team to efficiently undertake a variety of quotation surveys and jobs each day to meet targets and key performance indicators
- You will be fluent in English with good reading and writing skills, be computer literate and able to confidently use our engineer electronic tablet system
- Have a full, clean driving licence
- Live within a commutable distance of our depot in Hinckley, Leicestershire, Experience with repairing UPVC Products
- Confident in discussing prices and compiling quotes with customer homes
- Competent glazier in a range of frame materials
- Strong experience within the maintenance sector
- Experience of power tools & their use
- Good IT skills/computer literate
- Proven track record in delivering results
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- A high degree of accuracy & attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated & committed with a proactive attitude to change
- The ability to confidently discuss and promote business services to customers
- Be clear to pass a DBS Check due to our work with local authorities and the education sector
