Full Job Description

The role holder will undertake all required validations activity to support commission schemes and miss-selling management across all channels and products. They will also act as a key function in the delivery of operational sales compliance reporting and insight to help drive critical business decisions, thus strengthening the control environment across a variety of EE and BT systems to promote ethical and honest behaviour. Additionally they will provide reporting and insight into trading activities for the wider trading team.

What you'll be doing:

1. Validations of all sales across all products within Consumer
2. Control miss-selling adherence and set targets
3. Develop and maintain a high class 'Validation Reporting Suite' to highlight non-compliance to include undesirable or potential dishonesty that negatively impacts on both the customer and business revenues.
4. Identify both existing and potential issues and put forward solution methods to strengthen existing controls.
5. Develop reporting on an Ad-hoc basis to provide adequate monitoring of promotional activity and any associated risk. This can require rapid turnaround times.

1. Experience working in an analytical team with data warehousing environments; working with and understanding data
2. Experience using SQL
3. IT literate, with experience of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and Outlook applications
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to liaise with customers at all levels
5. Highly numerate with attention to detail
6. Strong analytical skills
7. Proven administrative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines, managing own workload to meet business needs
8. The ability to quickly take on new skills and knowledge and put them into practice.

Would be good to have:

1. Experience using GCP
2. Analytical approach with good communication and able to translate data into user friendly formats
3. Experience of managing key deadlines and ability to work under pressure.
4. Experience of creating procedures and documenting processes
5. Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
6. Experience in data quality monitoring and improvement techniques
