Vehicle Mechanic

The Estates Department at South Staffordshire College require a vehicle mechanic to maintain our college vehicles within Rodbaston campus:

Main Duties Include:

• Maintain and service the college vehicle fleet


• Work on colleges agriculture and horticulture machinery


• Minor fabrication works


• Issue tools to students


• Ensure all relevant paper work is maintained


• Assist in college open days


• Assist the sites team when required


• Keep the workshop clean and tidy


• Stocktaking of tools and equipment


• Adhere to college's health and safety policy
  
  Experience of vehicle repairs is essential, and a knowledge of agricultural equipment is desirable.
  
  £23,197.16 - £24,608.34 a year - Permanent, Full-time, What you can expectfrom us - We care about your wellbeing so have a number of activities all year that provide support.
