Full Job Description

The position is located in London,UK; within dynamic & challenging environment with international members from diverse cultures.
Which missions will you lead?
Your mission is to enable, influence and shape various Total Rewards initiatives through global project management, change management, and communication planning.
# Project management: act as the tactical project manager for several rewards initiatives. Activities include creating and/or maintaining project plans, ensuring execution of project plans and timelines while closely collaborating with key stakeholders and colleagues.
# Change management: create and/or maintain change management plans for various initiatives; ensure execution and follow through of change management plans in partnership with other rewards team members; monitor and track change management efforts inclusive of stakeholder feedback.
# Communication planning: Collaborate closely with internal communications team and rewards communication specialist; provide input on communication plans and ensure alignment with change management plans.
# Research: Monitor and document external context relevant to total rewards; participate in team learning journey by sharing external research and insights collected.
# Knowledge management: support the efforts for education and awareness on rewards fundamentals in collaboration with initiative owner.
# Data analysis: perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation for rewards programs in partnership with rewards partner community and HR services.

Education: Bachelor Degree
Work experience: Previous education and exposure in HR and/or Total Rewards preferable
Skills:

# Basic understanding of change management.
