Workshop Manager

Manage workshop staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good working condition
- Assemble, weld, and repair equipment as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
- Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently

We are seeking an Experienced Workshop Manager on behalf of a well established excavator company and ensure the smooth running of all activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on HGVs, have a strong mechanical background and excellent organizational skills., Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Ability to maintain workshop cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Proficiency in assembling, welding, and repairing equipment
- Familiarity with interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with heavy lifting tasks using proper techniques
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools for various tasks
