Workshop Manager

LTS Transport Solutions is seeking an experienced and organized Workshop Manager to oversee our workshop operations. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of our car carriers, waste bins, and Modalohr train wagon concept.,

• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff


• Develop and implement maintenance and repair schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment


• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and supplies


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products


• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations


• Manage workshop budgets and expenses
  
  Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workshop management, preferably in the transportation industry


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Proficiency in project management and budgeting


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
