The company is looking to add an ambitious individual to rent out and bring on new properties for both residential lettings and to continue to expand our luxury holiday let portfolio.

We have a book of luxury holiday let's in North Norfolk. The candidate will be required to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio. Cleaning management and checking in of guests and dealing with any requests.

Market Properties

Help source new clients

Help source and interior design new properties

Assist with all related processes such as posting on Rightmove and the various Platforms our holiday let's are put on.

Managing the internal team and administrative support staff

Handling escalations and ensuring orders are processed timely

Liaising with all employees and being a 'go-to' person

Managing HR functions, including assisting with commercial recruitment, managing holidays and absences

Able to produce and present reports to Senior Management

Identifying any improvements to productivity and implementing processes

Liaising with Senior Managers and Directors

Manage the workload and ensure it is evenly distributed and completed in time with SLA's

Experience as a Manager or Supervisor within Customer Service, Sales or Office Management

Experience with creating and implementing new processes and procedures

HR experience (qualifications not necessary)

Strong customer service background

A hands-on approach to managing the office
