Full Job Description

At Gloucester Rugby we believe in the power of one team. We are looking for an Academy Administrator to deliver administrative support for our Academy (U15-U18). The role will be responsible for all administration and communication with the Academy., 1. Act as the point of contact for all Academy administration and liaison with parents, schools and other stakeholders.

2. Manage all bookings & administration of required Academy Training Facilities for PDG & DPP Centers.

3. Maintain and update a comprehensive database for the Academy, including all contact information.

4. Maintain all England Academy Player Administration.

5. Responsible for collating and updating information required for the RFU Academy Audit using SharePoint.

6. Organise all Academy travel arrangements as directed by the relevant department head and to communicate accurate travel itineraries to the relevant players.

7. Organise all operations for Academy matches & Tournaments and be the point of contact for all Academy parents.

8. Liaise with Medical Administrator around Medical Administration for the Academy

9. Liaise with Communications Team to ensure social media & website is up to date and provide clear messaging and news on all Academy activity and strategy.

10. Provide support for Projects and administrative requirements for the Head of Academy.

· Excellent organisational and administration skills

· Positive attitude and good communication skills

· Commitment to delivering a high quality of work

· Confident and tenacious personality, with a strong attention to detail

· Ability to work part of a team and to work independently

· Full clean driving license

Desirable

Experience working within a sports organisation or sports club environment,
