Full Job Description

  • Act as first point of contact for our customers and portray a positive, professional and helpful image of the organisation and ensure safeguarding and complaints are managed in line with procedures

  • Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties including travel booking and accommodation, monthly reporting, event planning, stock ordering, and invoicing are just some of the tasks

  • Working as part of the Admin Team ensuring that key tasks are completed according to company timelines

  • Use of IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Access as well as company database 'Charms'

  • Ensure all email communications to staff and external agencies are presented within the guidelines of the company's electronic communications policy

  • Attend and participate at team meetings

This Apprenticeship will provide an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to kick-start their career in Business Administration., Basic administration skills

  • GCSE/equivalent in Maths and English - This can be completed alongside your qualification if not already obtained.

  • Ability to manage own workload and work independently

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • An understanding of the use of IT and electronic communications including Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Good organisational skills

  • Be open to direction, using initiative to seek advice where necessary
