Apprentice

Apprenticeship Pathway: Working towards Level 3 Advanced Engineering qualification with the potential to progress to HNC in year 3 and 4 (1st Year - College Fulltime, years 2 to 4 day release).

As an Apprentice within Ardagh Metal Packaging UK Ltd you will report to a Team Leader within the Plant.

Our Company, are highly focussed and committed to personal development in order to enable our employees to grow and develop their careers within the Business. We are offering a multi-year apprentice programme starting in September 2024, which will give you a broad introduction to the industry. You'll be working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues who will provide you with on-the-job training in addition to attendance at a training provider / college in the first year. You will also be working towards a recognised qualification.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a minimum of five GCSEs (or predicted) at grade 4 or above (including Maths, Science and English) or equivalent. You will need to be hardworking, with a flexible attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
