Area Manager - Upholster Cleaning

Are you passionate about making a difference while leading a team to success? TCFM is seeking an enthusiastic Area Manager to oversee Upholstery Cleaning operations along the M5 corridor, from Birmingham to Bristol.

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in managing multiple sites and ensuring the delivery of high-quality upholstery cleaning services.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee upholstery cleaning operations across multiple sites.


• Ensure adherence to cleaning standards and health and safety regulations.


• Lead and motivate a team of cleaners to achieve operational excellence.


• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.


• Must be comfortable driving long hours to visit various sites along the M5 corridor.
  
  Previous experience in cleaning management, preferably in upholstery cleaning.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and cleaning standards.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., Area Management: 2 years (preferred)
