Are you ready to take your paralegal career to the next level? We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Paralegal in our Asbestos team. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and contribute to the success of our firm.,


  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist team members with specialised tasks within the legal field.

  • Conduct liability investigations and review medical records.

  • Instruct experts and Counsel as necessary.

  • Attend on clients, witnesses, experts, and Counsel.

  • Prepare and review disclosure materials.

  • Operate case management systems, Word, and Excel proficiently.

    As a Paralegal in our Asbestos team, you will play a crucial role in supporting in all aspects of asbestos disease litigation such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer. Therefore, you will have a natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating your care, understanding and sensitivity to clients., Knowledge of PI law and Pre-Action Protocols is essential.

  • A law degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong prioritisation and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care.

  • Capacity to independently handle delegated tasks from start to finish.

  • Team player with experience in client contact, either in person or by telephone.

  • Competence in using electronic case management systems.
