Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Bar Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all bar staff, including bartenders and servers

- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment

- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service

- Plan and organize special events or promotions to drive business

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of food production, bartending, and restaurant operations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
