Location: Bradford / Leeds
Contract: permanent
Salary: Grade 6 - £24,294 to £25,979 (TTO+20 days £22,714 to £24,290)
Hours: 37 hours, TTO+20 days
We are looking for a regional level attendance manager, who will lead the team of Attendance and Welfare Officers to enable them to work with both our young people and their families to improve their attendance at school across the Bradford / Leeds region.
In addition to leading the team, the purpose of this role will be to work directly with attendance leads across the 9 Bradford (and Bradford border) schools at primary, secondary and special) to provide CPD, advice, guidance and support to ensure continuing improvements in attendance across the region.
Part of the role will be to develop comprehensive systems for the AWOs to work within and hold staff accountable. This post holder must be prepared to undertake initial and update DSL training. This is an exciting, new role and an opportunity to influence attendance work in a cluster of schools and contribute to Trust Wide policy and practice.
