Bar / Waiting Staff

Your duties would include serving drinks, handling payments, taking food and drink orders, delivering food & drinks to tables, clearing tables, keeping bar & restaurant clean & tidy as well as working stations, replenishing stock at the end of shift.

Hours of work will be evenings and weekends, you may be required to work until 1.30am (bar staff) when working events (e.g wedding & christmas parties), please bear this in mind when applying.

Your own transport is essential as we are not near major public transport and a bus service will not run during evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant


• Serve food and beverages at the right place, right moment


• Answer questions of guests as they order


• Receive orders from the wait staff and take orders from the customers


• Prepare food items per the customers' requests


• Check if food and beverages are out of stock


• Clear away tables when necessary


• Assist in the training of new employees


• Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals
