Bar / Waiting Staff

This position is based in Wincle, just outside Macclesfield. Reliable transport is needed., We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area., Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments and provide accurate change to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
