Barista

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Duties: - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and process payments accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations - Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers - Assist with food preparation as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: -
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in beverage preparation - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy providing exceptional customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
