Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate bloods Care Coordinator to join our team. The bloods Care Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Nurse team and Care Coordinator in providing blood clinics to assist in our yearly QOF targets. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 2.00 pm until 5.00 pm, Assist in the coordination of care services for patients, including scheduling appointments
- Communicate with clients and their families to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Responsible for your own bloods clinics

Trained Phlebotomist
- Previous experience in a healthcare or social services setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
