Full Job Description

Forever Care are looking for a responsible Administrator apprentice to organise their company's day to day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to their managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.,

  • Maintain and monitor internal face to face training matrix databases.

  • Book internal training and meetings via internal trackers and planners.

  • Recording internal face to face training attendance and collating evaluation forms on excel.

  • Maintain and monitor internal online training matrix databases and problem-solving username and password issues; recording all training completed printing certificates for staff files.

  • Maintain and monitor internal L3 and L5 diploma training matrix databases.

  • Assist the assessor and IQA with gathering of evidence booking appointments for observations witness testimonies etc.

  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.

  • Maintain a filing system for text books for library loans.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations.

  • Organise, store and print company documents as needed.

  • Answer and redirect phone calls.

  • Handle queries from managers and employees.

  • Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.

    The Administrator should be highly organised and able to multitask with ease. The Apprentice Administrator's main tasks include managing office equipment, booking maintaining and monitoring internal training trackers and dealing with training enquiries. . Their ideal candidate should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations., Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines

  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures (limited)

  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail, Over the 18-month duration, you will study various topics including understanding an organization, regulations, policies & processes/procedures, aspects of project management, performance management, planning, organization & decision-making skills, quality and process improvement, business fundamentals, and IT & external environmental factors.

  • Upon successful completion of the business administration apprenticeship program, you will achieve a level 3 certification.

  • Functional skills will be provided if required.
