Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solar Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end project development lifecycle for various solar installations, from conceptualization to completion. This role will primarily involve managing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes efficiently, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.

Duties:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.

  • Manage engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) processes efficiently.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

  • Implement and oversee effective maintenance strategies for solar installations., The first 6 months would be mostly based in the office, as we have several start-up projects to be managed. Commissions will be discussed when the start-up projects are complete and ready to enter the real market.


  • The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

    Initially, the role will involve collecting data on energy savings from solar for business purposes. This includes installing solar systems onto office roofs on-site, adhering to all UK regulations, and collecting data for sales purposes. The candidate must be knowledgeable in the industry and have hands-on experience. Additionally, they will be setting up some domestic properties for the same purpose, overseeing the entire process from site visit, planning, execution, to installation, and monitoring the data.

  • Proven experience in project development and EPC within the solar industry.

  • Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and market trends.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Business development: 1 year (preferred)
