Full Job Description

The Business Systems and People administrator (maternity cover)will work across functions to support business critical areas. You will role model our WATCH principles (company values) and PROVIDE effective systems and people administration support for the day to day operations. You will be an effective communicator and have the ability to connect with colleagues at all levels, within all departments, answering telephone calls, data input, data security and administration. You will continuously look for new ways to improve and develop our organization to ensure that our teams are equipped to effectively promote and connect with the customers and consistently deliver the services we provide to the community., · Co-ordinate and organise our internal reward and recognition programme

· Support with internal comms including content for the internal newsletter

· Co-ordinate the new starter induction and onboarding journey

· Set up all new starter to their e-learning and support the Systems and Workforce Lead in ensuring that the e-learning is completed by all employees by pulling monthly reports and co-ordinating emails.

· Coordination & logistics for all training including room bookings

· Send out and collate leaver surveys and feedback, working together with HR business partner and the Payroll manager

· Support with recruitment, such as posting job adverts and co-ordinating interviews.

Business Systems

· Provide administration support across the business such as setting up individual and group users, administrators & permission based user groups, security permissions and policies.

· Ensure compliance with legislation, WEEE transfer and GDPR 2018.

· Respond to hardware issues as they arise.

· Accurately input, retrieve, collate and analyse data and other business information using of variety of software packages, using a variety of reporting tools.

· Updating users on system updates and modifications.

· Deal with telephone enquiries, convey messages and transfer calls as necessary whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

· To undertake statutory training as required in accordance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

· To ensure that security in the work environment is maintained, locking computers and, challenging unknown persons who enter the work area.

· To maintain sufficient stocks of equipment and place orders as and when required.

· Be responsible for reporting faults in office IT equipment to the appropriate points of contact, and follow escalation procedures, as necessary.

· To contribute to driving efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Experience relevant to the role

Essential

Able to effectively communicate to all areas of the organisation

Fully competent in administration tasks

Working knowledge of Microsoft office 365

Desirable

Previous experience of co-ordinating and organising training events and using booking systems

Have a good understanding of our e-learning inhouse training system

Experience of Legend or equivalent ePOS system.,
