Butter maker

We are a family business specialising in the production of high quality organic milk, cream, butter and yogurt.

We are looking for an additional member for our team in our butter and cream department.

The daily jobs include:

• Adding cream to the butter churn


• Taking butter out of the butter churn


• Hand weighing butter


• Hand patting butter


• Hand wrapping butter


• Hand labelling and packing butter


• Washing the butter churn


• Hand pouring cream into bottles


The job is quite physical as a lot of the processes are done by hand. The cream containers are also quite heavy. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to carry out the hand forming of the butter in a quick and efficient manner.
