Full Job Description
Responsible for the day to day running of the café, staff management including rota planning, menu planning, stocktaking and ordering as well as some cooking. You will have an excellent understanding of health and hygiene due diligence and be responsible for the café adhering to strict standards. You will be there to support your team and will be required to cook regularly.
Organising and overseeing a team of around 15-20 staff covering the main cafe restaurant, indoor soft play area and the kitchen, you will be responsible to the Garden Centre Manager and the Catering Area Manager.

40+ hours a week on a flexible rota, this will include regular weekends but no evenings, no early mornings, no late nights, no split shifts, regular weekends off.
