Cafe Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion people and exceptional leadership abilities.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the cafe, including food preparation, customer service, and staff supervision
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Train, schedule, and motivate cafe staff to deliver outstanding service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Previous experience in a kitchen, hotel, or restaurant setting
- Strong background in culinary arts with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Proven track record in supervising and leading teams effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
