Full Job Description

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Executive to join the friendly team at our Grantham Kia dealership. We would really like to talk to you if have previous retail experience and you feel you demonstrate the drive and dynamism to exceed sales targets and have the interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service leading to recommendations and referrals. The ability to follow a sales process whilst adding your personal flare and the determination to achieve every day.

Responsibilities

  • Handling enquiries on New and Used vehicles.

  • Responding to online livechat/sms enquiries and e-leads

  • Introduction of yourself, the company and our cars using CitNOW video messaging platform

  • Hitting targets of New & Used car sales

  • Sale of add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products. Overcoming objections to these is a key part of the job.

  • Prospecting of customer database and service customers

  • Must consistently achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores

  • Housekeeping duties including car pitch presentation, showroom presentation & standards

    Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations

  • Must be smartly presented at all times

  • 100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers

  • Exceptional organisation and diary management skills

  • Must have excellent spelling and grammar skills

  • PC literacy is a must. This role requires a large amount of IT use

  • High standard of admin and paperwork skills

  • Will need to be proficient in selling add-on products such as GAP, Paint Care and other addition warranty/insurance related products.

  • Following an FCA complaint process.

  • Be able to work additional hours beyond closing times and possibly days off in order to meet customer requirements.

  • Must be open to new ways of doing things and able to quickly adapt to our processes
