Full Job Description

The Sales Support team plays a crucial role at the beginning of our customer journey. They handle a wide range of data processing tasks that intersect with various areas of our business. Specifically, their responsibilities include supporting our sales teams by preparing, processing, and validating data. This data is then used to create quotations and contracts for business energy supplies. Additionally, the team focuses on building strong relationships with both sales teams and partners. These relationships contribute to the rapid growth and retention of SEFE Energy's gas and power portfolio, all while ensuring efficient customer service

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accurately validate and triage quotation data received from various written and verbal sources

  • Enter quotation data into internal IT and pricing systems ready for sales teams to be able to use

  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure tender details are complete in order to provide a quotation

  • Inputting and locking Matrix Submissions in system

  • Handle TPI Queries and expectations

  • Imputing data with a high attention to detail ensuring you are always championing data quality in our systems

  • Manage quote data from gas and power industry files

  • Work directly with sales account managers to support relationships with delivering quote SLAs

  • Build strong relationships with our partners and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain & update information in our TPI database and tracking systems for both sales and regulatory needs

  • Manage contracting of out of contract gas and power customers

  • Monitoring and maintaining micro business communications for customer renewals and regulatory requirements

  • Issuing contracts for non-terminated renewal customers

  • Maintaining customer data to ensure one entry for all information

  • Work as part of an effective team supporting both team and Individual activities

  • Prioritise workload and partners, seamlessly adapting priorities when needed

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Demonstrable ability to build long term relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) in both a written and verbal format

  • Excellent IT skills, with proven working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work.

  • The initiative to propose solutions and to act independently and the confidence to effectively challenge the status quo.

  • Identify and solve problems to create value to share

  • Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Flexible approach to work, with a willingness to be involved in other areas of the business as required.

  • Behaves in a way that is aligned with the company's values and culture

  • Experience working in a sales environment is preferable

  • Experience working in a data administration team

  • Knowledge of the UK Energy Industry and its operations would be advantageous

  • Knowledge of industry data files would be advantageous

  • Experience within data administration is advantageous
