Construction Foreman / woman

A Construction Foreman role is to coordinate assist management with site operations on our construction sites. They are a key member of our team and for the completion of our projects. A Construction Foreman has a solid background within construction including knowledge, skills and experience enabling them to manage specific responsibilities on site and make confident decisions. Our Construction Foreman's are well-organized and favor health and safety above everything else.,

• Stock management/material ordering.


• Weekly site progress recording/management.


• Weekly sub-contractor returns management/archiving.


• Management of listed building features off-site storage.


• General Site Foreman duties.


• General/basic site health and safety checks; cable management, housekeeping, materials storage, etc.
