Control Room Operator

MPW Security Solutions Ltd is a dynamic and fast evolving company with over 20 years' experience in the security sector. We are now looking to recruit a reliable and well organised operative to join our team in our control room in West London. Candidates must hold both an SIA Licence and a driving licence to be considered for this position., Responsibilities: (Duties to include but not limited to)

• First line of contact for our clients.


• Booking staff on & off via our live system and coaching officers on the book on process.


• Finalising/confirming shift times on our live system.


• Taking calls from staff who may have issues on shift.


• Creating rotas for venues and events on our live system.


• Updating spreadsheets with required information.


• Reporting and logging of incidents/occurrences


• Conducting Welfare check over the phone.


• Conducting site visits and checking on guards


• Updating guards' profiles with required information.


• Reviewing emails and passing on to relevant departments as and when needed.


• Reactive to situations such as management engagement from customer complaints.


• Completing handover notes.
  
  Full UK Driving License (and vehicle due to the location of the office)
  
  Monday - Sunday


• Night shifts only


• Shift hours vary from 9hr to 12hr
