Cover Supervisor

Are you looking to play a crucial role in supporting educational continuity within a school setting? Zen Educate are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Monmouthshire starting in September.,

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.


• Ensure continuity in learning by following lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.


• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a productive atmosphere for students.


• Provide support to students during lessons and assist with any questions or concerns.


• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition in the absence of teachers.
  
  Strong communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively.


• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas.


• Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.


• A passion for supporting students' learning and development., Teaching: 1 year (preferred)


• Classroom: 1 year (preferred)


• Behaviour management: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• DBS on the update service (required)


• EWC registration (preferred)
