Cover Supervisor (Fixed Term)

Governors seek the following appointment for September 2024:

Cover Supervisor (Full time, 32.5 hours/week plus one week for Inset days, term time only, Grade 5, SCP 14: £20,653 Pro-rata)

We require a talented and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our vibrant, ambitious and caring school. We are looking for an outstanding candidate to supervise pupils and their work during periods of short-term teacher absence, taking sole charge of a group of pupils as required. There will be a system of supervision in place from qualified teachers in case of any difficulties.

The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as a member of a team, be well-organised and efficient and have a calm and approachable disposition when dealing with students and staff. This exciting and rewarding role requires someone who is flexible, adaptable and who is also able to show initiative in the classroom and when working with groups and individual students.

Interviews to be held week commencing Monday 3rd June 2024
