Customer Care Assistant

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the handling of guest/owner and 3rd party interactions within the existing customer care software.


• Updating support tickets in line with the company's guest/owner care process.


• Offer support to the onsite management teams when appropriate in an effort to resolve support tickets to guest and owner satisfaction.


• Escalating complaints to the appropriate management teams when necessary.


• Forward any 3rd party email enquiries to the relevant company's personnel.


• Assist with the administration of company & Trip Advisor certificate incentives.
  
  Experience with complaint handling would be an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Excellent organisational skills.


• Competent using a computer/laptop, including knowledge of word and Excel.


• A professional and approachable personality.


• Ability to work well in a team but also able to work under own initiative.


• A clear understanding of GDPR rules and regulations., Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
