Full Job Description

As our Customer Experience Specialist, your main objectives will be:

  • Track and increase customer satisfaction

  • Increase customer loyalty and generate referrals

  • Reduce customer churn

  • Identify customer personas

  • Use social media and newsletter channels to plan internal marketing strategies and deliver important messages

  • Capture client feedback to influence our products and processes

  • Identify customer performance opportunities and sell branding and content packages to our existing client base

  • Present customer workshops alongside our design team


  • We already have amazing established relationships with our clients, your role will be to act as the bridge between DotGO customers and our team.

  • A self-starter: You are proactive and always looking for opportunities to generate value. You can work confidently in a team one moment and solo the next, and do not need to be micro-managed.


  • An extrovert: You are excited to talk to people from different business backgrounds both over the phone and on video calls. You are keen to present and run webinars.


  • Account manager: You will contact hundreds of customers a month. You will need to be well-organized to ensure you attend meetings, and have a good understanding of our clients' websites, our packages and our products.


  • Commercially minded: Your role will have specific measures based on upselling, customer performance and churn rates - the right candidate will be able to strategize and understand the importance of commercial value.


  • Interested in social marketing: You have a passion for/ experience in social media marketing, producing newsletters, writing blogs, video streaming or podcasting


  • Someone who 'gets' small businesses: Our customers are small business owners. It's vital you understand their aspirations, expectations and fears, and come across personable and understanding.


  • To be successful in this role:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree - preferably in marketing or business related

  • 3 years office-based work experience

  • Confident telephone and video call manner

  • Confident in learning new technology

  • Strong written English language skills

  • A natural presenter, Bachelor's (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Office based: 3 years (preferred)

  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
