Customer Service & Admin

We are seeking a customer focused, committed and ambitious individuals to work in our customer service team answering emails and assisting customers on the phone. This job also includes processing returns, tracking parcels, contacting couriers, and other office duties.

• Computer literate and have the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.


• Friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated and conscientious.


• Courteous, mature and a team player.


• You'll need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.


Beneficial skills:

• Experience with buying or selling through eBay and Amazon


• Knowledge of the basic Microsoft suites


• Speed typing


Ideally, you will have worked in a customer service role before. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve and exceed targets as we will make sure you have the training and support to thrive and succeed!,
• A-Level or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 2 years (required)
