Full Job Description
We are seeking a customer focused, committed and ambitious individuals to work in our customer service team answering emails and assisting customers on the phone. This job also includes processing returns, tracking parcels, contacting couriers, and other office duties.
- Computer literate and have the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated and conscientious.
- Courteous, mature and a team player.
- You'll need to be well presented, trustworthy, punctual, have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with buying or selling through eBay and Amazon
- Knowledge of the basic Microsoft suites
- Speed typing
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred), customer service: 2 years (required)
£11.44 an hour - Temp to perm, Full-time, Temporary contract, Pulled from the full job description - Canteen

Tuesday- Thursday- 10am-6pm
Friday- 9am-3:30pm
