Customer Service Advisor

· You will be predominately responsible for the scheduling of hot tub servicing, repair and warranty work. Organising the technician's calendars on a day to day bases to ensure the most efficient route to all jobs is taken.

· Dealing with a high volume of telephone enquiries which will involve some troubleshooting and aftercare advice

· Processing of information from customer accounts, invoicing and taking payments.

· Resolving customer issues with excellent customer service and business development in mind.

· To work well as part of a team, and help with other roles within the business when needed.

· Good computer knowledge such as word, excel and some experience using a CRM software.

· Practically minded who can work efficiently and use own initiative have the ability to self motivate and show enthusiasm

· Previous customer service experience

· A good listener with the ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customers over the phone.

· Well presented with a personable manner to display good communication with customers and with other staff members.

· Be flexible in your approach to work with a willingness to learn new things and work towards continuous self-development.

Desired Previous Experience

· Working in an office environment

Local geographical knowledge

Invoicing and accounts experience

Required licence or certification:

· A-Level or equivalent qualifications

· GCSE C or above in both maths and English
