Customer Support Coordinator Game Feed

Our game feed division are seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for an 18-month fixed term contract starting in June 24. The focus of this role is to coordinate game feed orders and organising the stock between the stores and becoming the link between the customer and operations.

Key role responsibilities:

• Organise stock production, trunk plans and transfers between mills and stores to fulfil order requirements.


• Stock management


• Coordination of supply between Operations and Bag stores.


• Establishing both internal and external relationships.


• Maintaining stock levels through Excel spreadsheets


• Customer order placement
  
  Excel Skills: Intermediate proficiency required.


• Problem Solving: Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
