Dental Practice Manager & Dental Nurse

You will be responsible for managing all operational aspects within the practice to achieve excellent patient care, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values. You will provide support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of practice staff within the practice.

Experience in managing staff and practice performance as well as submitting claims and dealing with responses is essential.

The ideal candidate should also have experience in implementing policies and procedures and taking a lead on Practice Inspections. Team management, developing practice growth, dealing with difficult issues, managing costs and increase revenue. There will be an expectation to produce practice and finance reports as required.

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years practice management experience


• Dental nurse experience preferred but not essential.


• Excellent CQC knowledge


• Strong leadership skills and understanding of HR
