Deputy Store Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's newest and best value retailer, we are on the lookout for a customer-centric driven and passionate assistant manager to join our fast paced retail.,

• to support the store manager in the day to day running of the store


• training and developing retail colleagues


• take accountability for shrinkage


• back office responsibilities/administration


• adhering to all legal processes such as health and safety compliance


• process cash banking


• creating both a positive environment for both staff and customers


• policing visual merchandising and replenishment standards


• loss prevention
  
  preferably have management experience within another value retailer


• be able to demonstrate the capability to create a fantastic working and shopping environment


• have a track record of working within an extremely fast paced, high turnover retail environment


• be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

There would be 2 weeks training at our training academy prior to going live in store.
