Full Job Description

Provide comprehensive, holistic needs assessment, support planning, advocacy, case management, resettlement, progress monitoring and review for victims/survivors of domestic abuse with a range of complex social and housing need.,

  • Conducting key work sessions on a regular basis and keeping casework records up to date.

  • Developing individual support and risk management plans which address the risk of harm to survivors of domestic violence and other forms of violence and abuse and their children, and to ensure that such plans are in place for each resident.

  • Promoting and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of self and others in line with our Safeguarding Adult and Children Policies, Health & Safety Policy, together with any other requirements aimed at keeping people safe from harm

  • Recognising, respecting, and addressing the needs of clients who face barriers when seeking help to access the service, including those from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, LGBT communities, disabled people, women with complex needs, men and other hard to reach groups., As an Equal Opportunities employer, we have an Equality and Diversity Action plan in place showing our commitment in ensuring continuous improvement in creating an inclusive culture.   • A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work

  • Understanding of domestic abuse and trauma.
