Door Supervisor

We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented Door Supervisor to join our team. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff at the designated premises., Monitor entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access
- Check identification of individuals to ensure legal age requirements are met
- Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance
- Collaborate with local authorities when necessary

Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or similar security role
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods

Skills:
- First aid certification is required
- Knowledge of CCTV systems is preferred
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus
- Experience in surveillance operations would be advantageous
